Cadence Park - 1st ed.

As you can see, Lennar pretty much took all of the good (western) lots in the neighborhood. If you are looking for a single-family home in the Great Park Neighborhoods, though, I wouldn't wait. There are pretty much only 200 single-family homes planned in the future (versus over 3,100 condominiums). The chances that Lennar will build them are almost 100%.

As time passes, I expect to be able to map these communities. The map above itself is a bit outdated but includes information that I am deem appropriate. Also, square footages will probably go up for all of the developments (probably around 500 sf would be a good number).
