William Lyon at Great Park Neighborhood 1W

Okay, so someone tipped me off on this and this is what I could find:

1. William Lyon is building Mason/Cleo-esque flats south of the current Windchime development. Garages are on the first floor and walk-up flats are on the upper floors.

2. They are also building another development consisting of 3-story 2- to 4-bedroom duplexes. Interestingly, garages are connected side-to-side but back-to-back. It will be cool to see when it gets built.
