Hillside, Gated Single-Family Residences Coming to Laguna Niguel

So, this is probably known by now, but I attached it for reference:

They will be Legado-esque, but the floorplans are a tad bit older than what I would have expected...

Pros: West of the 73

Cons: Facing away from the ocean

Pros: Gated

Cons: No driveways, situated on motor-courts

Pros: True single-family residences

Cons: Above the 73, not the most beautiful entry either

Pros: Hillside with views

Cons: Views are of the hills, nothing else
