Newport Banning Ranch

Newport Banning Ranch is planned to be approved in January by the Coastal Commission. Situated above a series of ledges above Balboa Peninsula, the homes, if approved, would become some of the most prime real estate in the United States. It is more than likely that it will be approved by the Coastal Commission considering their leniency with the original plans.

We have floorplans and exteriors in both color and non-color for all home designs on the plan. Note that they are subject to change. They are available on a request-only basis (for TI members, consider using the PM mechanism on TI instead).
