PART I. GREAT PARK DISTRICT 1 MASTER PLAN
A lot more residential units are being planned for District 1 along the 133, thus buffering existing homes from the freeway. Currently, 118 new attached condominiums are planned between Paramount and Cadence, west of Ridge Valley. Having contemporary architecture, here are the square footages:
Residence 1 1655 square feet 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms
Residence 2 1950-1970 square feet 3 bedrooms, 2.5 to 3.5 bathrooms
Residence 3 2335 square feet 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms
The park south of Ellwood is known as the "Water and Wellness Park", while the park in District 1 is known as the "Yard Park".
