Back Again...
After a week-long sabbbatical, I'm finally back, and a lot has (or will) occur recently (or in the near future).
1. Eastwood had its grand opening for Avalon, Petaluma I, and Marin I. The remaining three neighborhoods are scheduled for mid-March. All prices are available.
2. Portola Springs Neighborhood III and The Courts and Crestline at Baker Ranch open tomorrow. Pricing for Cressa is extremely low and should put Belvedere at Eastwood in stress (I don't think there is a $300,000 premium for Eastwood).
3. Prices at Beacon Park are plummeting. Most notably are the K. Hovnanian collections, which include Rosemont's Lotus plan (approx. $1.131 million initially to $939,000 currently) and Silvermist's Citrine plan.
NoSo (formerly Great Park Neighborhood 1-Mid) is blooming. As a sneak peek, I will first start with the apartment villages:
Luminaira at Great Park Neighborhood 1-West
Espaira at Great Park Neighborhood 1-West
Luxaira at Great Park Neighborhood 1-West
Descanso at Great Park Neighborhood 1-West
Vivaira at Pavilion Park (Senior Living)
Somerfield at Pavilion Park
Somergrove at Pavilion Park
