March 2016 Newsletter (Portola Springs N-5 Floorplans) - Part 1
Due to the last few hectic weeks, most of the information in the last month has been condensed into a few pages here. I'm sorry for the delayed e-mails as a result.
The focus here is Portola Springs Neighborhood 5, the unicorn of Portola Springs. Recently, the neighborhood has been split into 5A, 5B, and 5C, with 5A now being non-gated, but with very nice views above Cressa and Portola Springs Elementary School, 5B being most of the neighborhood, and 5C being above Great Park Neighborhood 7, the unicorn of Great Park.
Neighborhood 5 is opening soon, and here is the run-down for "A" at least:
Silvermist clone by California Pacific Homes (northeast corner)
Saratoga clone by Irvine Pacific with more driveways and VERY lare yards in the southeast corner (southeast corner)
Legado clone by Brookfield Residential backing the slope towards 5B (northern edge)
Belvedere clone by Irvine Pacific with some views and some VERY large yards on a cul-de-sac, but no single-story any more; surprisingly, the French stone facade exterior is available (northwest corner)
Undisclosed larger single-family cul-de-sac home tract with most of the views (southwest corner and southern edge)
If you need the floorplans, contact me. However, they are as of now identical as described above.

Onto the Playa Vista scene:
Floorplans, exteriors, and (most importantly) pricing have been released for Cleo and Mason. For people who can't stomach $1.5 million, Seabluff Flats would be your last chance.
More will be added very soon for Part 2 (which will probably not be the last part). :)
