March 2016 Newsletter (Calistoga at Eastwood, Shea at NoSo, and PSJ)
1. The biggest update right now is that the 3000+ square foot home tract in Eastwood is going to William Lyon Signature Homes under the name Calistoga. I honestly still don't think the residences are "Signature" when compared to such residences as the Grand Monarch at St. Regis, going for $3 million and up. They will be available for viewing in Summer 2016, alongside the Northern Groves residences.
2. All floorplans and exteriors for Pacifica San Juan are up and can be found here:

3. The bustling Ponte Vista has been renamed Highpark.
4. Great Park Neighborhood 7 will be tentatively referred to, henceforth, as Heritage Hills.
5. NoSo operations are underway. Shea Homes is scheduled to build 44 detached condominiums somewhere in the neighborhood, so I'm guessing that they are the cluster courts for now.
6. Cypress Village East will contain homes south of Trellis Court, will be zoned to SVUSD. However, they will be across the street from the Great Park already existing (and also closest to the 5-133 freeway intersection).
7. There are no homes zoned as residential north of Portola near the Jeffrey intersection. The only ones planned are the ultra-low density ones in Orchard Hills Neighborhood 4, bordering Gateway Park to the east and the reservoir to the west (which some will have nice views of).
