Parasol Park, Altair, and Calistoga

NoSo has been renamed Parasol Park and the map has been updated to reflect this. The community opens in January 2017 and will feature 727 homes. Names for the communities (and possibly floorplans) will slowly surface in the near future.

Heritage Hills has also been renamed Altair. Consisting of ten collections, 4 will be built by Toll and 6 by Lennar. The community is anticipated to open in 2018.

Calistoga consists of only 60 homes, without extension. Thus, the area marked Calistoga on the Eastwood map consists of potential sites, 4 of which will hold the single-story residences. This community is anticipated to open late June.

For Cleo and Mason interested peoples, beware the HOA! The HOA totals to some $754 per month. Yikes! Even though mello-roos was canceled for this phase of development, the HOA makes up for it...
