Parasol Park: Updates including Pricing
I just wrapped up a session and here are some interesting details:
As you can see, The New Home Company plans to sell their cheapest product ever in Irvine (a far cry from their $6 million Crystal Cove products) for about $700,000. While this may sound cheap, this is about $70,000 higher than Shea Homes' Brio project at Beacon Park, on which the product is based on. I'm guessing this is due to square footage increases, possibly from 1496 square feet on the 1st floor unit to about 1650 square feet.
