Skyridge at Mission Viejo, Baker Ranch and Rancho Mission Viejo, and Progress at Attached Playa Vist
I have been focused on Irvine a bit too much lately and neglecting other areas outside, so here goes:
Skyridge
First-floor floorplans and phasing has been released quite a while ago. Here they are.
Parkside at Baker Ranch
Rancho Mission Viejo
A lot of things have been going on here, with the above tract maps of Cortesa and its latter extension. There could be extensions of the other products currently selling at Esencia as well.
Here is the rundown of products known as of now (they just released floorplan sizes today)
Sage
Meritage Homes
125 Townhomes
931 to 1,791 square feet
Veranda
MBK Homes
Townhomes
1,681 to 2,254 square feet
Arista at Gavilan
Del Webb Homes
71 Single-Family Residences
1,466 to 1,875 square feet
Iris at Gavilan
CalAtlantic Homes
Single-Family Residences
1,729 to 2,340 square feet
Canopy
Warmington Residential
97 Single-Family Residences
2,153 to 2,799 square feet
Briosa
William Lyon Homes
50 Single-Family Residences
3,069 to 3,502 square feet
Most of the locations can be somewhat estimated e.g. Briosa is probably the land right below the townhomes surrounding the Hilltop Club, while the townhomes themselves might be Veranda... and Canopy will be the cluster courts next to Esencia Green.
Attached Playa Vista
Mason has currently sold 5 of the 12 homes released in Phases 2 and 3. Cleo has sold 11 of the 12 homes released in Phases 2 and 3. Both have skipped Phase 1 altogether and went after the premium lots, probably to give a strong impression of demand initially for buyers.
Overall, these are doing much better than the Everly collection (which actually raised prices by about $50,000 because of Cleo's showing) and the Marlowe collection (god forbid). Jewel news is beginning to circulate, with news of very high ceilings and a starting price around $3.5 million (as expected before all information was shuttled by Brookfield). I will look forward to visiting those...
