Eastwood - Final Homes in Last Village to Open (Lot 7)

So these will be the final homes in the last village of Irvine to open... Eastwood.







As you can see, there will be 4 neighborhoods. 2 seem to be Piedmont III (Piedmont is suffering, so why do they plan to have a third location for it???) and Belvedere II (without the single-story plan because they are not required to do so anymore). The remaining 2 are unknown.
As of now, the largest homes in Eastwood, for certain, are Calistoga. From one source, there appears to be only 60 of these homes, so the remaining land in that quadrant might either be used as a Calistoga extension (confirm with sales office?) or for something else. 4 of the 60 will be single-story to fulfill the "paseo requirement".
In conclusion, if you are aiming for homes 3400 sf+ or don't like the Calistoga layouts and want a similar-sized or larger home, consider Stonegate with its Palo Alto and Auburn neighborhoods. Eastwood might not be as "expensive" as it seems...
