The link to the floorplans is here: http://www.lakeforestca.gov/DocumentCenter/View/1750
They strangely made the third-story loft standard (I would have made it an option since a third-story is not very well perceived nowadays). They have formal living and dining rooms versus family rooms (in today's terms, wasted space), and they have very wide hallways. Considering these were designed by KTGY in 2011, they don't "feel" post-recession-like.
I know some people will like these floorplans, but these are very "unconventional", not in radical terms, but in traditional meaning.
