Pricing for Carlisle & Sterling at Parasol Park and Opus at Beacon Park

NOTE: The District Next floorplans are still available upon request to get a feel for the Parasol Park floorplans (they appear very similar in type). However, before anyone asks me to post them publicly, please contact American Title Insurance and get them to give me permission to release them. They are acting very stubbornly and inconsiderately...

All pricing below is tentative, as stated by their respective builders. Obviously, they may vastly differ depending on how prequalification and other factors turn out.

Do not expect Lennar, Shea, or Pulte to release prices early. They firmly believe in the "no reveal until the real" technique.

For Opus at Beacon Park:

For Carlisle and Sterling at Parasol Park:

Sterling is very close to Rowland pricing, except with cheaper units.

Carlisle, with prices anticipated to start from $685,000, seems to be a very good deal for a detached home right now, especially within the Great Park Neighborhoods. However, the 8-packs in District Next start at about 1400 square feet with 2 bedrooms and up to 1800 square feet with 4 bedrooms, so I expect the 10-packs to be even smaller. At that point, the pricing is not very attractive at all when you could buy a 1600 square foot home across from District Next in Portola Springs for that price.

We expect The New Home Company to release more detailed pricing for Amethyst either tomorrow or the day after tomorrow, but there is no guarantee. Details will be released on this page.

I am posting nearly double the amount of information I posted in the early months of this year due to the fact that during the next two months, I will have significantly less time to post. There will be some personal issues to take care of. :)
