Madison and Lexington Floorplans at Parkside and Pacifica San Juan (plus Tristania and Trellis Court

First are the Madison and Lexington floorplans. Lexington seems to have only 2 floorplans right now, and the "Elite" title makes me laugh (in case of an earthquake), even though that title has already been used by Toll in Northern California.

Next is Pacifica San Juan.

Taylor Morrison is trying to open Blue Harbor and Belle Haven (the two communities that were semi-built-out before the recession) by September. Belle Haven is where the old Coastline development by K. Hovnanian was planned to be. In March, I posted the floorplans for all of the developments except The Cove (which is a Vista Scena clone) here: http://thenewhomeblog.wix.com/the-new-home-blog#!March-2016-Newsletter-Calistoga-at-Eastwood-Shea-at-NoSo-and-PSJ/c1sp5/56ed872a0cf2dfd25161f497

The community I actually think will be really nice. It is in a strategic location, on the hills overlooking Dana Point Harbor at the end of Highway 1 which stretches all the way to Northern California. Also, the 5 freeway snakes around the development, transitioning from inland Orange County to coastal San Clemente and San Diego County and vice versa. Further, it is almost equidistant from Downtown LA and Downtown San Diego. The location is pretty cool overall.

Tristania has been listed on VOI's website at the Low $500,000s which is really dubious. That would put prices at Lantana's, which is significantly smaller and tri-level. Even if you factor in freeway proximity, Acacia, which had the 5 instead of the 133 to deal with, ended at that price, and it was still much smaller. Also, Tristania is closer to Great Park. I doubt prices will stay for long...

Trellis Court exteriors have been posted everywhere separately, so I just compiled them down here:

The Residence 4 exterior is not included. Of the three, Residence 1 wins the battle for prettiness, but it is the smallest and the only of the four that lacks a true yard...

Skyridge at Mission Viejo floorplans have officially been released by Standard Pacific, as well as their exteriors. I will reserve comments for the second part of this post, as this post is getting exorbitantly long already.

Discussions on Venice, LA and 60 Collister St., Manhattan will also be posted in the second part of this post. Enjoy. :)
