ALL Parasol Park Floorplans Out

greatparkneighborhoods.com has all of the floorplans out, with exteriors.

Nearly all of the floorplans are tri-level, with many having open lofts on the third floor. My biggest concern is the density of this project and the high MR accompanying it. For that MR, Playa Vista doesn't look bad (since they removed it for their newer homes).
