Just as a reminder, information on Orchard Hills Neighborhood 3 floorplans are already coming in but we will not be accepting any private requests. In late November/early December, we will be posting them publicly.
Also, the Belvedere II homes previously stated are being built by Richmond American, not Irvine Pacific.
As for the remaining 2 tracts not mentioned yet,...

Images first, then commentary. Brookfield floorplans come first (Residences 1, 2, and 3 respectively) and then The New Home Co. (Residences 1, 2, and 3). Commentary is afterwards. P.S. I think IHS (really David Ko at Angeleno Associates) has some serious competition coming.

The Residence 2 in the Brookfield project is by far the most strange. The chimney cuts the exterior in half, while a "super deck" similar to more modern offerings at Playa Vista overlooks the front of the home. Even more interesting, Residences 2 and 3 both offer elevators as options. The Residences 1 and 2 offer parlors or formal living rooms while Residence 3's staircase cuts the foyer in half. The Residence 2's kitchen island cuts the living area in half creating an interesting dining layout. The New Home Co. offerings are more standard and look like super-Cressas. Overall though, both will be very interesting to visit!
And that concludes the floorplans for all 1,900 homesites in Eastwood, the final Village of Irvine. Tune in for Orchard Hills Neighborhood 3 Bombshell Part 4 soon!
