10 Days to Anniversary!

1. The Orchard Hills Neighborhood 3 floorplans are coming soon. To whet your appetite, the name of the parks have been decided: Cresta Vista Park and Verde Terrace Park.

2. I have gotten unexpected news and plan to (hopefully) get exciting news on Tuesday from the New Home Company (thank you to them for their help!)

3. I haven't posted this yet, but there is an exciting new master-planned project being built across the street from Palos Verdes overlooking San Pedro. Floorplans, exteriors, and plans can be found in the below link (and they are decent, especially the exteriors for the larger motor court homes). Enjoy!
