1. The Belvedere-esque homes at Portola Springs Neighborhood 5A (Tract 17968 I believe from a past post) will be built by KB, not Irvine Pacific. Thus, Irvine Pacific will continue its tradition of not building any homes in Portola Springs.

2. Tract 18052, the Belvedere extension in Eastwood, has been given the name Avila.
