December is traditionally one of the busiest months for this blog, and that tradition is being fulfilled again this year...

First, Jade prices have been fully released. The Residence 4 sounds like a bargain (depending on the additional cost Pulte will charge for the 3rd floor addition), Residences 2 and 3 sound overpriced (especially when factoring in the huge mello-roos), and Residence 1 sounds O.K. To keep up with Jade, Julep has also lowered their Residence 1 price down to the mid $700,000s.

Next, Lennar has publicly released their Tribeca, Hudson, and Rockefeller developments at Central Park West. Floorplans are available, but you will have to see older posts from nearly a year ago (the square footages are smaller, but I think Lennar inflates them... e.g. at Windchime, Lennar made their Residence 5 increase some 400 square feet with no floorplan changes). Thus, old planned pricing may be increased because of these inflated square footages.

Lastly, as you might have noticed, the "Search" capability for this blog has ended. You will have to see older posts page-by-page until you find what you are looking for. This is temporary (hopefully) as I have just uploaded a huge amount of Orchard Hills Neighborhood 3 floorplans onto the blog (you won't be able to see them until a little later...).
