This is Brookfield Residential's crown jewel and is not marketed publicly (thus you cannot find it on the normal Playa Vista website). Grand opening is February 11.
They are cool (simply because they are humongous and there are very few detached modern homes in this layout). There are 14 of them planned, with an additional 14 in the far future that may have slightly different floorplans. Enjoy!
