Altair - Alara Floorplans Out, Solstice, Aurora, Celestial, Starlight, Eclipse, and Lumiere Coming

There are three floorplans, each paired with an "Elite" floorplan, or the same floorplan, except with a third-story loft and deck addition. The three exteriors available are Coastal Contemporary (above), Modern, and Transitional.

The only floorplan which I feel, interior-wise, would be significantly different is the Soleil floorplan because of the open-to-below in the second story gallery and the volume ceilings in the living and dining areas.
