Barcelona at Los Olivos - The Final For-Sale Neighborhood South of the 405 in Irvine
So, this came up on my radar a few days ago, and it's a bit of a surprise, given that Hidden Canyon was supposedly going to earn the aforementioned title. If the neighborhood gets the apartment amenities as well, it would be nice, but it's gated (not guarded though) so that's unlikely. Given the Reserve prices, I am currently pegging the prices at $1.2 million starting.
The community consists of expanded Lago detached condominiums, one having a full driveway, and a private pool park across the street from a new K-8 school and larger community park. You get proximity to Whole Foods and the Spectrum, while not being that close to the 405 as the Siena or San Remo neighborhoods in Laguna Altura.
The Residence 3 is efficient, with 4 bedrooms and a loft. All residences, like the Reserve ones, have standard panoramic sliding doors.
